Return & Refund Policy

Fresh Flower Arrangements & Plants

Because our fresh floral arrangements and plants are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the item so we can review the concern.

If a product arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

To report an issue, please contact us at info@petalandtwigfloral.com with your order number and photos.


Seeds & Non-Perishable Products

Unopened seed packets and non-perishable items may be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.


Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

This helps us file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue quickly.


Order Cancellations

Orders for fresh floral arrangements cannot be canceled once they have been prepared or are out for delivery.

Seed and retail orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
