Shipping Policy
Local Flower Delivery
Fresh flower arrangements and plants are available for local delivery within our service area. We currently deliver throughout Metro Detroit including Macomb, Wayne, and Oakland County.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location. Delivery dates and timing may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.
If you have specific delivery timing needs, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please note that fresh flowers and arrangements cannot be shipped via postal service. Local delivery only.
Flower Subscription Deliveries
Subscription bouquets are delivered on Tuesday mornings with a porch drop window of 7:00 to 10:00 AM. No signature is required. By subscribing you are consenting to porch drop delivery. Once a bouquet has been delivered and left at your door, Petal & Twig Floral is not responsible for damage due to weather, extreme temperatures, or other environmental conditions. We strongly encourage bringing your bouquet inside promptly upon delivery to ensure the best vase life.
Event & Wedding Florals
Delivery, setup, and strike for events and weddings are arranged individually through your floral proposal and contract. Please refer to your signed agreement for specific delivery details.
Seed & Retail Item Shipping
Seed packets and non-perishable items are shipped via USPS with insurance included. Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. You will receive tracking information when your order ships.
If tracking shows your order as delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or inquire about your package. Petal & Twig Floral is not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Weather & Seasonal Conditions
Because we ship plant products, extreme weather conditions may occasionally delay shipping to ensure items arrive in good condition. If delays occur we will contact you with updates.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double check your shipping and delivery information before placing an order. Petal & Twig Floral is not responsible for orders that are delayed or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, a new shipping fee must be paid before the item will be resent.
